All orders that ship from August 6th 2021 and later will be version 3.0 or above.
This is a major update that further builds on version 2.0 by increasing the viability of mass producing the Astrodymium Ring System, as well as better aesthetics and quality assurance.
OTA Rings:
- Further tweaking of print settings for better allocation of plastic for more strength.
- More material has been added to the hinge on the rear ring.
- The bulging issue has been fixed for good this time.
- All M6 threaded mounting points now use stainless steel hexagonal nuts, for faster assembly time, better aesthetics, and higher strength/resistance to corrosion.
GSR (Guidescope Rail):
- M6 holes were countersunk further for more thread engagement.
- Revision number updated to R4.
