Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product.
Returns are only accepted for purchases of the Astrodymium Ring System, and within 14 days of receiving your order (Return costs are paid by the buyer). Please contact me directly to initiate the return process.
If an item is not compatible or is damaged/broken: a full/partial refund or a replacement will be sent instead.
If you are unsatisfied with the product that you received, please contact me and I will try my best to help you.
All replacements/parts are sent free of charge for up to 1 year after delivery (After the 1 year period just pay shipping for any replacements).
