Due to the cost of shipping items back to Canada - returns are not accepted, since it would not make economical sense. If an item is not compatible or is damaged/broken: a full/partial refund or a replacement will be sent instead.

All replacements/parts are sent free of charge for up to 1 year after delivery (After the 1 year period just pay shipping for any replacements).
