Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product.
Due to the cost of shipping items back to Canada - returns are not accepted, since it would not make economical sense. If an item is not compatible or is damaged/broken: a full/partial refund or a replacement will be sent instead.

All replacements/parts are sent free of charge for up to 1 year after delivery (After the 1 year period just pay shipping for any replacements).
